Snyder Tabbed MASCAC Co-Player Of The Week

Shawnee, Kan. native collects first weekly accolade of the season

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Sophomore forward Cameron Snyder was named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Ice Hockey Co-Player of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday morning.

Snyder registered three points on two scores and one assist, including the game winning marker in the Falcons 6-2 victory over MASCAC rival Westfield State on Thursday evening in Fitchburg State's lone contest of the week.

This season, Cameron has led the Green and Gold's offensive charge, posting a team-leading 17 points on a team-best 11 goals and six helpers in 16 games for Fitchburg State.

The Fitchburg State ice hockey team returns to action on Thursday as it hosts the Vikings of Salem University for a contest starting at 7 p.m.
