High School: 2013 graduate of Oliver Ames High School. Member of the cross country, winter track and spring track teams. Member of the Honor Roll.

Personal: Born May 21, 1994 in South Easton, Mass. Son of David and Rosalyn Long. A Communications major at the University. Member of the Dean's List.
