2014: MASCAC & ECAC DIII NE Rookie of the Week. 75th place finish, crossing the line at 27:03 at the 2014 NCAA Division III New England Regional Championships.

High School: 2013 graduate of Tewksbury High School. Member of the cross country and track teams. Named Massachusetts Division Two Runner of the Year.

Personal: Born April 6, 1994 in Tewksbury, Mass. Son of Antonio and Helia Amaral. Majoring in  Education at the University. Also a member of the indoor and outdoor track teams.
