Falcons Finish Season at NCAA D3 Regionals

 

 

Boston, Mass. – The Fitchburg State University men's cross country team finished the 2021 season competing at the NCAA D3 East Regional Cross Country Championships.

 The Basics

Score: Fitchburg State 28th place (694 points)
Team Champion: MIT (23 points)
Individual Champion: Tyler Morris, Colby (25:01)

How It Happened

Sophomore Taban Manyok (Lynn, Mass.) led the Falcons finishing in 29th place with a time of 26:55 over the 8K course at Franklin Park. Junior Sam Flint (Methuen, Mass.) finished in 136th place (30:14), while first year Aidan Cattelan (West Hartford, Conn.) was next with a time of 30:52.

Junior Cameron Davis (Gardner, Mass.) and Tyssen LaBombard (Shelburne, Mass.) rounded out the Green and Gold top five runners finishing in 176th and 198th with times of 31:45 and 33:11 respectively.
