How It Happened

Mikaela Mitchell (Millbury, Mass./Millbury) opened the scoring in the first half as she gathered a loose inbounds ball at the 40-yard line, streaked down the right wing and deposited the ball topshelf over the Maritime keeper for the 1-0 lead.

Following the intermission, the Falcons doubled the advantage when Elicia Marshall (Taunton, Mass./Bristol-Plymouth Regional) collected the rebound off an initial shot from Madison Medina (Pelham, NH/Lowell Catholic) for the insurance marker and the 2-0 final.
