Mitchell Collects MASCAC All-Conference Honors
Millbury, Mass. native named to the All-Conference second team
FITCHBURG, Mass. – The Fitchburg State women's soccer team earned All-Conference honors earlier today as sophomore midfielder Mikaela Mitchell (Millbury, Mass./Millbury) was named to the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Conference second team as announced by the league office on Wednesday morning.
The first-year Falcon earned her first all-conference selection after ranking seventh in the conference with 19 points on eight goals scored and three assists, while starting all 16 contests for the Green and Gold from the midfield this season.
The Fitchburg State women's soccer team recently concluded its 2018 season with an overall record of 3-12-1 and a 2-5 clip in the MASCAC.
