New Brunswick, Maine – The Fitchburg State University women's indoor track & field team competed at the 2019 DIII New England Championships this weekend, hosted by Bowdoin College at the William Farley Field House.

How It Happened

The Falcons were led by the 4x200 meter relay team of freshman Chloe Guzman (Pawtucket, Conn.), senior Phedelia Boakye (Lowell, Mass.), sophomore Sylvia Owusu-Agyeiwaa (Webster, Mass.) and newcomer Denise Yeboah (Worcester, Mass.) with a solid time of 1:58.50 after placing 23rd overall.
