Falcons Hosts Annual Jim Sheehan Memorial Invite
Mullins leads Fitchburg State with 23rd place time of 20:38.5
Fitchburg, Mass. – The Fitchburg State University women's cross country team hosted its annual Jim Sheehan Memorial Alumni Invitational today at the Doyle Conservation Center, placing eighth overall with 219 points.

How It Happened
Junior Olivia Mullins (Plaistow, N.H.) led the way for Fitchburg, placing 23rd overall with a time of 20:38.5 over the 5K layout, while freshman Abigail Murphy (Quincy, Mass.) followed in 27th place, turning in a time of 20:50.4.
Newcomer Lilah McAndrew (Old Lyme, Conn.) was next into the chute for the Green and Gold, finishing 32nd overall with a time of 21:05, while classmate Erin Maida (Danbury, Conn.) crossed the line at 24:48.9. Junior Melony Ellis (West Yarmouth, Mass.) closed out the top efforts for Fitchburg State on the afternoon with a time of 30:08.9.
