FITCHBURG, Mass. (April 24, 2014) – The Fitchburg State baseball team erupted for 15 hits as it downed the Hawks of Becker College, 10-6 in non-conference action at Riccards Field this afternoon.

Fitchburg State was paced by the heart of its line up as five batters registered multiple hit games. Senior David Mason (Leominster, Mass.), junior Pierce Hans (Washington Township, N.J.) and sophomore Brendan Cutler (Clinton, Mass.) all posted three hits on the afternoon, while freshman Joe Lyons (W.
