Victor Signs With Atlanta Gladiators

Falcons defensemen to continue hockey career in the ECHL

Duluth, Ga. – Fitchburg State senior defensemen Josh Victor (Killeen, Tex.) recently signed with the Atlanta Gladiators out of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) as announced by the Gladiators on Friday afternoon.

Victor, four-year defensemen for the Falcons ice hockey team, concluded his career, totaling 25 points on two goals scored and 23 assist over the course of 106 games, while serving as team captain during the 2018-19 campaign in which Josh accrued one goal and eight helpers for a total of nine points over 26 games for the Green and Gold.

The Gladiators are members of the ECHL, the nation's premier "AA" hockey league. All home games are played at the 9,119-seat Infinite Energy Arena, located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth – where parking is always free. The Fitchburg State ice hockey team recently concluded its 2018-19 season with an overall record of 12-12-2 and a 9-7-2 mark within conference play, en-route to earning the fifth seed in the 2018-19 MASCAC Ice Hockey Post-Season Tournament.
