Fitchburg State Competes At BU Last Chance Qualifier

Sattiewhite places eighth overall in the high jump with mark of 1.86 meters 

Boston, Mass. – The Fitchburg State men's indoor track and field team competed at the 2018 Boston University Last Chance Qualifier Meet on Sunday at the Boston University Track and Tennis Center.

Senior Ben Sattiewhite (Salem, Mass.) led the way for the Green and Gold with an eighth place mark of 1.86 meters in the high jump, while classmate Jake Hastings (Phillipston, Mass.) posted a PR time of 4:18.48 in the mile.

The Fitchburg State men's indoor track team returns to action on Saturday as select members complete in the Tufts Last Chance Qualifier Meet, starting at 10:00 AM.
