Movsessian takes top honors with time of 26:35.9
Keene N.H. – The Fitchburg State University men's cross country team placed second overall with a total of 48 points at the 2018 Keene State Cross Country Invitational this morning.

How It Happened
Fitchburg State was paced by sophomore Jacob Movsessian (Ipswich, N.H./Mascenic), who placed first overall with a time of 26:35.9, while senior Anthony Darrigo (Tewksbury, Mass./Tewksbury) followed in eighth placed, turning in a time of 28:16.1 over the 8K course.
Sophomore Timothy Sheehy (Wakefield R.I./South Kingstown) crossed the line in ninth with a time of 28:17.7, while senior Joseph Darrigo (Tewksbury, Mass./Tewksbury) followed in 11th, posting a time of 28:46.8
Rounding out the top seven finishers for the Green and Gold were senior Stephen McCall (Brockton, Mass./Brockton) (30:07.0), senior Ryan Stopka (Rochester, Mass./Old Colony) (30:59.1) and junior Brandon DiGregorio (Nashua, N.H./Nashua North) (31:25.8).
