Monette Selected MASCAC Field Athlete Of The Week

Winchendon, Mass. native notches first weekly accolade of the year 

Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State junior Cameron Monette (Winchendon, Mass.) was recently tabbed Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Indoor Track Field Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

The third-year Falcon collects his first weekly honor of the year after placing fifth overall in the weight throw with a personal best toss of 16.82 meters to earn All-New England honors at the 2024 All-New England Championships on Friday at the New Balance Track.

The Fitchburg State Men's Indoor Track & Field team recently concluded their 2023-24 campaign this past weekend.
