Bailey Tabbed MASCAC Women’s Basketball Rookie Of The Week

Maple Grove, Minn. native collects first weekly honor of the season

Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State freshman forward Ephemian Bailey (Maple Grove, Minn.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

The first year Falcon earns her first weekly accolade on the year after netting a career-best 17 points, 15 rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in an 87-51 setback to the Lasers of Lasell University on Thursday evening.

The Fitchburg State Women's Basketball Team returns to action on Thursday, December 30th as they travel to Castleton University to take on the Spartans in non-conference action, starting at 4:00 PM.
