Woolley Collects All-American Accolades At 2017 NCAA DIII Outdoor Championships

Malden, Mass. native finishes fourth overall in the 100 meter hurdles with time of 14.13 seconds

GENEVA, Ohio – Junior Annie Woolley earned All-American honors at the 2017 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships after finishing fourth overall in the 100 meter hurdles with a personal best time of 14.13 seconds at the Spire Institute this afternoon.

Woolley entered the 2017 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships ranked fifth in the nation In 100 meter hurdles after claiming the 2017 MASCAC/New England Alliance Championship in the event with a new MASCAC/Alliance record time of 14.32 seconds, hosted by Westfield State University in late April to secure her spot in the 2017 NCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

The Fitchburg State women's outdoor track and field team concluded its season last weekend as select members of the squad competed in the 2017 MIT Last Chance Qualifier Meet at the MIT Henry G. Steinbrenner Track.
