Sexual Violence Prevention/Title IX

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

In accordance with NCAA policy, all incoming, continuing, and transfer student-athletes must disclose annually to the University whether their conduct has resulted in discipline through a Title IX proceeding or a student code of conduct violation for sexual violence or interpersonal violence, or a criminal conviction for sexual, interpersonal or other acts of violence.  In addition, transfer student-athletes must also disclose whether a Title IX proceeding or a student code of conduct violation for sexual violence or interpersonal violence was incomplete at the time of their transfer.  Failure by an incoming or continuing student-athlete to make full and accurate disclosure is a violation of the campus student conduct policy and may result in penalties, including the loss of athletics eligibility, suspension, or another discipline as determined by the institution.
