2010: Little East All-Conference second team honoree. Appeared in all 18 games for the Falcons, posting a team-best 45 points with 18 goals and nine assists. Notched a season-high nine points with four goals and one helper ina  7-0 win over Plymouth State (10/16). Added a six point effort with a hat-trick vs. Rivier (9/22). 2009: Started all 19 games for the Falcons front line. Ranked second on the squad in scoring with 25 points, totaling eight goals and nine assists. Registered three game-winning tallies, including the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Salem State (9/26). Posted a season-best seven points with two goals and three helper vs. Wheelock (9/8). 2008: Started all 17 games for the Falcons, ranking first on the team in scoring with 15 points. Posted a team-leading seven goals (three game-winners) and one assist in a solid rookie season. Posted a season-high four points with two goals in a 5-0 shutout over Wheelock College (9/22). Added a game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Nichols (10/9). Click here for season statistics.

High School: 2007 graduate of Stoughton High School. Lettered in field hockey and basketball. Two year All-Star in field hockey. Named to the 2005 and 2006 Brockton Enterprise All-Scholastic Team. Earned 2006 Patriot League All-Scholastic honors.

Personal: Born September 14, 1989 in Stoughton, Mass. Daughter of Carol and Len Jacobs. Majoring in IDIS with a minor in Early Childhood Education.
