How It Happened
Clark opened the scoring at the 25:21 mark as junior midfielder Trevor Sheridan (Massapequa, N.Y./Kellenberg Memorial) deposited a shot inside the near post for his third score of the season for the 1-0 margin.

Following the break, Fitchburg State threatened in the 58th minute of play as sophomore Yannick DePina (Boston, Mass./Madison Park) and junior Marckdonard Bastien (Worcester, Mass./Worcester North) put back-to-back shots on frame, but Clark keeper Marco White (Manhattan Beach, Calif./VistamarSchool) denied both scoring opportunities to preserve the shutout.
