Men's Soccer Stumbles to Lynx

FITCHBURG, MA: Fitchburg State men's soccer fell to Lesley University this evening in non-conference action.

THE BASICS:

- Records: Lesley (3-9-1), Fitchburg (3-8-1)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  It took until there was just over ten minutes left in the contest for either team to find the back of the net. Lesley got on the board after being awarded a penalty kick opportunity after a Falcon slide tackle attempt. Nick Wadleigh was the beneficiary of the PK attempt, netting his first goal of the season.

- Josiah Williams will get the win (3-9-1) after saving all ten shots that he faced. Luke Speers (Collegeville, PA) will be tagged with the loss (3-7-1) after making one save on two shots faced.
