2014-15: Notched his college best this season in the 1000M (2:58.13), and MILE (4:57.01) and the 5000M (16:28.47).

High School: 2012 graduate of Central Catholic High School. Three-sport athlete, lettering in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track. All-Conference member in cross country while running for the DII State Championship team.

Personal: Born February 4, 1994 in Methuen, Mass. Son of Francis and Ellen Allen. Majoring in Criminal Justice. Also a member of the cross country team.
