Senior shortstop Keri Kravetz named MASCAC Player of the Year
The Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) announced its All-Conference softball teams as voted upon by each of the MASCAC's eight head coaches.
Fitchburg State senior shortstop Keri Kravetz (West Bridgewater, MA) was named MASCAC Player of the Year, while Westfield State freshman pitcher Chelsea Sylvia (South Dartmouth, MA) earned MASCAC Rookie of the Year honors. Westfield State head coach Lou Ann Simchak was awarded MASCAC Coach of the Year by her peers after leading the Owls to a 20-14 record this season.
