RAMS TAKE DOWN FALCONS

Fitchburg, Mass. - Framingham State College went on the road and upended Fitchburg State College, 10-7, Thursday evening at Elliot Field in non-conference women's lacrosse action.

The Rams improved to 3-5 overall while the Falcons dropped to 5-8 overall.

Ashley Noonan paced Framingham with four goals and two assists while scooping up four ground balls. Kristen Giusti added a hat trick and Stephanie Corrales netted a pair of goals. Sam Laferriere scored the other goal for the Rams.

Fitchburg State got a pair of goals and 13 ground balls from Ashley Massa while Emily Swan (2 assists) and Kaitlyn Kelley (assist) each scored a pair of goals.

Allesha Kenyon made three saves in recording the victory for the Rams while Ashley Davison made five stops in the loss.

The Falcons wrap up their season Saturday when they visit Castleton State College for a 1:00 pm faceoff.
