How It Happened
Eastern Connecticut notched a pair of first half goals for a 2-0 advantage at intermission. Junior Grace Muller (Johnston, RI) collected a pass from Dani Rovalino (Simsbury, Conn.) in the 6th minute for her first goal of the season. First year Hailey Cocca (Stratford, Conn.) potted a goal in the 30h minute to double the Warriors lead.
A hat trick by senior Haley Montesanto (East Haven, Conn.) in the second half led to the 5-0 final.
