How It Happened

Brandeis opened the scoring at the 15:12 mark of the first half when freshman Peterly Leroy (Malden, MA) settled a feed from sophomore Tanvi Raju (Hyderabud IN) and found the back of the net for her first collegiate score for the 1-0 edge.

The Judges doubled the lead (2-0) in the 27th minute of action as sophomore Zareena Mann (San Ramon, CA) headed home a feed from senior Rachel Watler (Stevenson Ranch, CA) for her first tally of the campaign.

Brandeis extended the lead to 3-0 two minutes later with Raju gathering a pass from freshman Laurene Creteau (Madison, NJ) for her first goal of the season. The visitors pushed the advantage to 4-0 with five minutes remaining in the frame as sophomore Selena Santiago (Wadsworth, CA) tucked a shot inside the near post for her first marker on the year off an assist from senior Dominique Paglia (Westford, MA) to make the score 4-0.
