Woolley Selected MASCAC Women’s Indoor Track Athlete Of The Week

Malden, Mass. native collects fourth weekly honor of the season

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Senior Annie Woolley (Malden, Mass.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Woolley earns her fourth weekly accolade on the year after taking top honors in the 60 meter hurdles with an Open New England qualifying time of 8.85 seconds at the first annual Branwen Smith-King Invitational, hosted by Tufts University on Saturday. With that time, Annie currently rank second nationally in the event.

The Fitchburg State women's indoor track team returns to action this weekend as it competes in both the 2018 Open New England Championships and the 2018 Wesleyan Indoor Invitational on Saturday, February 3rd.
