Middlebury, Vt. – The Fitchburg State University women's indoor track & field team competed at the 2019-20 DIII New England Championships at the Virtue Field House, hosted by Middlebury College this weekend.

How It Happened

The 4x200 meter relay team of sophomores Selina Gibbons (Littleton, Mass.), Chloe Guzman (Pawtucket, Conn.) and Denise Yeboah (Worcester, Mass.) and freshman Devin Tormey (Fitchburg, Mass.) pace the Green and Gold with a 15th place time of 1:54.72, while the distance medley relay team of Guzman, freshman Lilah McAndrew (Old, Conn.), classmate Abigail Murphy (Quincy, Mass.) and junior Olivia Mullins (Plaistow, N.H.) added a solid time of 13:26.50 after finishing 13th overall in the event.
