Swanzey, NH – The Fitchburg State University women's cross country competed at the 2021 Keene State Invitational this morning, placing 11th overall with a total of 272 points at the Cheshire Fairgrounds.

How It Happened

The Falcons had a pair that finished in the top twenty-five. Junior Lilah McAndrew (Old Lyme, Conn.) finished 19th, completing the 5K course with a time of 20:21.7, while Abigail Murphy (Quincy, Mass) came across in 25th with a time of 20:36.1.

Knocking home personal records were Nicolette Kennedy (Groveland, Mass.) 25:58.5 and Courtney Brouillet (Fitchburg, Mass.) 29.55.7.

The Falcons will compete in the 2021 James Early Invitational next Saturday at Westfield State in a meet starting at 10:30 AM.
