Winter Sportsmanship Teams Announced

FITCHBURG, Mass. – The 2014-15 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) winter Sportsmanship Teams were recently announced by the league office earlier as five Fitchburg State student-athletes were named to the winter Sportsmanship Teams.

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Senior defenseman Craig Halpin and senior goaltender Ryan Wysocki were named to the 2014-15 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Conference Second Team as announced by the league office on Monday.

FITCHBURG, Mass. – The third seed Fitchburg State University ice hockey team dropped a 5-4 decision to the sixth seeded Corsairs of UMass Dartmouth in quarterfinal round action of the 2014-15 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) ice hockey post-season tournament this evening at the Wallace Civic Center.

FITCHBURG, Mass. – The Fitchburg State University ice hockey team has claimed the third seed in the 2014-2015 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Ice Hockey Tournament and will host the sixth seeded Corsairs of UMass Dartmouth on Saturday, Feb. 28th in the quarterfinals for a contest starting at 4 p.m.
